Frequently asked questions and answers about Job Track

What is Job Track?

Job Track is a friendly artificial intelligence that helps people find jobs and employers find the right employee.

How does Job Track work?

Job Track constantly monitors the internet for job offers and then presents the best offers to job seekers. It helps employers reach a large number of candidates and select the most suitable one, thanks to the various competencies of artificial intelligence.

What can Job Track do?

Job Track is equipped with the most advanced technologies available on the market. It can search for job offers not only from text and image but also from audio, allowing it to identify offers from video materials or podcasts. Thanks to advanced language skills, it can understand and convey found offers to the right people. For example, a job offer heard on the radio that hasn't been published online yet can already be available in Job Track for interested parties. Based on the data submitted by the candidate, Job Track creates their professional profile to recommend the most satisfying job offers. It can also help candidates assess what skills they need for a given position and suggest appropriate courses and training. Job Track verifies personal data, education, and work experience based on submitted documents or short tests. Additionally, it can recommend, verify, and evaluate applications submitted to employers. Job Track allows submitting a job offer in any form – you can enter it manually, submit it as a file or link, or even as an audio or video recording. We continuously work on Job Track to provide users with as many benefits as possible.

How much does Job Track cost?

Job Track is and always will be completely free for job seekers. It is also free for employers, except for a small fee that is charged for publishing a job offer and conducting recruitment through it. The amount is listed in the employer's account pricing and is always presented before the ad is published.

What about privacy and data protection?

Because job seekers send their data to Job Track to find the best job, it was designed with their protection in mind from the beginning. Firstly, Job Track operates locally on the server; no data is sent to other companies or transmitted over the internet. Secondly, it does not store any documents. For example, if a job seeker sends a university diploma to verify their education, Job Track immediately deletes it after successful verification and marks the education as verified in the user's profile. This principle applies to all documents except CVs, which the user may want to keep in Job Track for easier job applications. Additionally, we employ experienced administrators, use the best industry technologies, and commission security audits from external companies to ensure the highest privacy and data confidentiality.

How can I add an offer to Job Track?

To add a job offer, you need to create a free employer account and click Add offer in the Job offers tab. If you have a job seeker account, after logging in, you can select Switch to employer view and follow the same steps.
